hello, I have my motor 360 out for rebuilding and I want to paint it back to stock, but i don't know the paint scheme, does anyone know if theres a pic here on this site or online... or just can tell me would be fine also, i want to make it look as good as i can. thanks kevin. 1972 f100 ranger 360 motor

I got the blue at the napa store, it was called "old ford blue engine enamel." The black is the high end semigloss rustoleum.

I wasn't necessarily looking to do a restoration, and just chose either black or blue based on what felt right, or what I could see of the original paint. After I was more or less done, I saw the link up top, and realized I did a pretty decent restoration, just out of intuition. :)
