Rust Around Rear Window?

71' F-100 LWB, Non-Sliding Rear Glass

I am going to be taking it to a local shop that specializes in classic vehicles.
What are your thoughts on the rust in the pictures below? Tough/expensive job?

It's gonna depend on what they find when they get the glass and rubber out............hopefully it didn't get up into the area where the channel in the rubber where the metal lip is..........being from Ohio I've seen bad things that didn't look that way until everything was apart......... . Hopefully it will just be a minor fix.........
