Let us know how that rebuilt box works out for you. I bought a rebuild as well and it was almost as bad as my old one. I finally picked up a used box and rebuilt it via the shop manual. Nice and tight! NAPA had the rebuild kit.
Also, those inner fenders and core support are some of the best I've seen.

I can't until our bumps can meet each other.
I found the timing cover, it was right in front of my face in the shed. I was looking too hard, it was in plain site in the middle of the floor.
Next time you are in Folsom swing by and you can have it. Or if i go through roseville i will drop it off and check out the truck in person.
