Nice dang paint job, I see why people go with flat. But I'm a gloss guy myself, unless its an old sedan.

hotrod ford, actualy its a pretty cool story, a few weeks ago i got up on a mon. morning with the whole day to burn. i remembered a srapyard about 50 miles south of my home town where i had bought a hood several months prior. i had seen several piles of steel wheels there and thought it might be worth the while to ride back down there and dig thru them to see if i could get lucky and find a pair. i knew the odds wasn't in my favor to find some ,but what the hesk i had the whole day to burn with a empty agenda. after about a hour and half and a gallon of sweat i had found (you gessed it) 0, nota, nothing!!! as i walked back to the truck ( head hung low) i noticed a homemade steel rack on the rear of the salvage yard shop with 20-30 stell wheels on it. so i thought what the heck i'll go through'em just to get my feeling hurt even more, BUT WAIT A MINUTE....... WHATS THIS???? NO IT CAN'T BE!!........YES..YES... IT IS!!!! IS THERE 2 OF THEM??? YES THERE'S ANOTHER ONE  and i paid the guy $50.00 and ran all the way home :D like crazy. i blasted them and 2 others i already had, rattle caned'em cream, bought to used tires for the front and 2 new ones for the rear and bolted them up  and boy do they ride good compared to the 20's. sorry for the long post but i thought it was a very cool srapyard find and thought you guy might enjoy the story.

That satin paint looks great, I'm glad to see that you finally got her done. (are we ever done?)

Looks great.
I like both sets of wheels.
Steelies - Great Old School look of a classic rod.
20" Aluminum - Great look of a modern retro rod.
