not really much of an update, I took some of the body off So I can work on the engine a bit easier, then I will put it back on for good. I got some new parts I will install as soon as I get back from england (im leaving on the 21st).

Got a radiator, seats, plugs, fuel pump, wires, ran new brake lines, a power steering pump off of a newer ford I6 and some other misc parts.

Not to throw a wrench in the works. Your coming along nicely. I am a little concerned with how that t-case is mounted up. If and when you wheel this truck the frame flex is going to take a toll on those plates. I ripped my stock crossmember in 3 places which caused enough movement to shear 4 bolts and chuck my front driveshaft(not fun when you are out on the trail and trying to come up over a ledge in a creek bed)
Also I would add some sort of bushing in there to help with vibration. Just my :2cents:
Good build and a strong drive train. Keep up the good work. Be lite on the skinny pedal with 38's or that D44 will go boom!

I see where your coming from, I personally think it is going to be fine. The t-case does have bushings, and I would never consider running it without them. Also, its getting a front 60 before it hits the road.

ok well its SPRING! No im not dead, ive been working on school and have also been preparing for the pipefitters union. So ive started back up on the 68. Yesterday I installed the radiator, PS pump and made a lower steering shaft. Im going to rebuild the carb, and then finish up on the engine so I can fire it up.
