yeah, i hate seeing a filler in the bed floor. i guess if the truck is just a hot rod and not used as a truck anymore ( yeah, there are exceptions ) , the mustang tank is ok, but not my cup of tea.basketcase0302 wrote:Awesome to see this DONE RIGHT!
Sadly I see so...many guys butcher the bed with a Mustang tank, (even after I've recommended the Bronco tank).
I'll personally never understand why anyone would want to make a big portion of the bed area non usable by putting a gas filler in it.![]()
i'm not a fan of the in cab tank for one, i'm running efi on my truck so this allows me to run an in tank pump, plus i gain a little storage in the cab, and every little bit helps in a single cab.Fordkid68 wrote:Awesome! I was wondering why you swapped to the tank under the bed. Did you not like the one in the cab? I'm working on my truck and I'm trying to decide whether to do this or not. What are your reasons for doing it?
