I'm trying to put wider brakes on my 63 F100, I have 1969 backing plates and drums but I didn't grab the axles
The bearing offset on my 63 axle is 2", clearly this isn't going to work.

Anyone have info on the axle bearing offset on 68-72 F100 rear axle shaft?

What do you mean offset? it just bottoms out.

I found what I was looking for online.
I was referring to the distance between the wheel mounting surface on the axle and the outer edge of the axle bearing.

Both axles are 28 spline, 30" from wheel mount surface to spline tip. Here's the difference in the bearing offset...1963 is about 1-7/8"
1968-1972 bearing offset is about 2-3/16"
