I am going to be "renovating" the interior of my 1967 F100 4x4. I am going to bring everything to as close as factory / OEM as possible. It is a bit too late to go take some photos, but I will have some up by tomorrow. I am starting with the interior of my truck, and will be moving to the exterior once I am completed. The original color of my truck is Ford Lunar Green. I went to a paint shop and had some Pro 2.8 VOC Urethane Enamel (Single Stage - D2) mixed according to the original Ford Lunar Green color code. As of rite now I started by stripping the entire interior bare. Removed all of the accessories including the aftermarket radio I had in there, the bench seat, gas tank, instrument cluster, glove box, ash tray, dash pad and flooring. I purchased an original 1967 Ford truck AM radio in near mint condition which will be going back in. I removed the instrument cluster and am going to rewire it up to the connector and replace my oil pressure sending unit, temperature sending unit and speedometer cable to insure all of the gauges are working properly. I am going to be replacing both of the rusted out floor pans by welding in new solid ones. My instrument cluster is going to repainted. (Previous owner painted it all red.) I am either going to find a replacement 1967 one, or repaint it myself following the original white and black 1967 colors. The old dash pad was completely ruined. I would like to have replaced it with an original dark green one, but got a good deal on an all black one which I think will look fine. I am going to be removing the steering column and steering column components. I am getting an original steering wheel which is black, and I am going to be spraying the column a satin black. I have removed the rear window rubber and purchased some replacement rubber from Dennis Carpenter. The previous flooring in the truck was just bitchathane (roofing material) that was stuck to the floor very very well. I came across some flooring molding, (the chrome step molding) for a decent price used. I also pulled the heater box and have purchased a new heater core. I am going to find a donor heater box and completely redo the heater box as mine is missing many parts as of rite now. The old bench seat was very beat up. While I was making a pick-a-part trip I found a dent-side with a brand new bench seat. Picked up the seat for $40 which is a steal considering its condition. Unfortunately the colors are red and blue, but I will find either a black or dark green seat cover. The seat mounting bracket is different from the bump side one so I am going to cut the bracket form the new seat as well as my old one and weld the old one onto the new seat. Spray it so it looks nice and it will be good to go. I am going to use some sound proofing to coat the interior once I finish spraying. I will be covering near everything with the sound proofing material including the floor, inside of the doors, roof above head liner and anywhere else that looks viable for it. I am going to be stripping sanding and painting the gas tank the original lunar green as well. I removed the old head liner, but still haven't decided what I am going to replace it with. The drivers side window, passenger window and rear window were covered in purple tint which made it near impossible to see out of the windows at night. I was able to get it off, but it took nearly a whole day per window.

I typed out a lot, but "renovating" an interior is a big job.
I do not have any photos of the interior as of rite now, but will take many photos tomorrow.
Here is some of my questions for you experts.
1.) Does anyone have any experience with the paint I mentioned? (Pro 2.8 VOC Urethane Enamel Single Stage - D2)
2.) What would you recommend for a OEM looking head liner? (Preferably a dark green or black.)
3.) Who makes the best flooring kits? (As in carpet molds.)
4.) Best place to get reproduction door panels? (1967 specific.)
Also going to be purchasing reproduction arms rests. (1967 only.)
This is going to be a very big project, but I am looking forward to the end result.
Thanks in advance for any information,
