Dentside bed floor in bumpside bed
I've seen people use a complete 73-79 bed floor in a 67-72 bed. Has anyone done this that can provide tips or know what needs modified. My 67 bed has great bedsides and nice patina on the paint so I want to keep it at all costs. The floor has seen better days and I don't want to use patch panels

I don't know with out measuring , but if the center section is the same width you can seperate a lot of spot welds
and weld it back together.
If your flat corner pices in the "67 are bad , a sheetmetal shop should be able to duplicate them.

I've been Wondering the same thing. I Think it is big enough because 67-72 just the center of the bed had bed materiel. I Just don't know if the Holes line up. I Think I'm gonna go with a wood kit.

I think the floor between the wheel wells is the same. But in front and behind the wheel wells is curved on a dentside.
