Wow, it's been more than a few months since I've had something to show for myself. i found a 1982 f100 with a 300 and a spare 300 with a blown head gasket, 4 fresh tires, a new battery, clutch, pressure plate, and a bunch of random parts all for $400.

The truck also came with EFI manifolds so i can start on my duel exhaust setup!







Is this one repairable?



All in all i'm happy about progress. My daily driver just takes propriety. Keep your eyes open though, i hope to have the truck running by next monday.

I would have killed you 10 years ago for that I-6 you have!! You have everything there... power steering, AC, EFI manifolds!!! I had to piece mine together! Good find.

i would put a 391 with a 5 speed in this truck.

Don't forget the medium duty Ford Truck hood scoop, reverse mounted on the passenger side of the hood of course.

just be cool to have a 391 with 5 speed. The wheels are tiny looking you need good size wheels and tires
