Does Halloween count? Kids used to love to bring up the highboy and put a scary guy in it... it always worked! freaked out the local kids!

Out of order, I show you out of order. You don't know what out of order is, Mr. Trask. I'd show you, but I'm too old, I'm too tired, I'm too [censored]' blind. If I were the man I was five years ago, I'd take a FLAMETHROWER to this place! Out of order? Who the hell do you think you're talkin' to? Last Saturday, me and several volunteers were at our soccer complex cutting up a tree that fell down. One of the guys had a '77 4x4 dentside with a 9 foot flatbed dump. We also took down a smaller pine tree that was dead. the guy with the Dentside took the big chunks of wood for firewood and I hauled two loads of brush the ones below. it was good to see two old Fords working like they like to.

Today one of my elderly clients for whom I mow their grass needed me to rake their leaves curbside so the leaf-sucker-upper can suck up the leaves tonight. I use my Bump to haul my mower, weedeater, and blower. Today she hauled my blowers, rakes, tarps. There was a pile of tree branches and twigs that had collected beneath the one tree so I threw those branches in the truck and dumped them when I was finished.
Below see the pile of leaves! it took 3 hours to do this.

I'm getting to know where the bumps live in the areas around me. I see this guy on a regular basis, and he's definitely a worker. It's good to see. Not pretty, not a daily driver, not sadly rusting away on the street or in a driveway or yard, just a good old truck, working for a living.
Cheers,
Duane

We had a tree come down at our soccer complex and it broke a neighbor's fence so on Saturday we cleaned it up. We put the brush on my truck and I hauled it to the dump. I had all my side boards on. It took 2 trips.
Here is a pic.
