Thanks Adam. After a busy two weeks at work finally have some time for the truck. Finished drivers rocker and kick panel repair.

Drivers floor. Not sure where to cut this one. It appears to be short on the left side by 3/4". Not sure how much massaging the corners will get me on that side. Also I no longer need the hole in the upper right so thinking of doing the whole thing. I think all panels I can buy will have some issue. Going to think about this for a couple of days and do it on the weekend.

Great work. As for the patch panels, there is always adjustments to be made.

Re: Forest Service Truck Coyote Swap
Definitely try to cut off those bumpy edges on the floor pan, That one will really take some figuring.
Keep it up and soon you'll never know the rust existed!!

Re: Forest Service Truck Coyote Swap
I agree. My plan is to cut it about 1/2” above the floor and hopefully should be able to straighten it out a bit. It looks like there are some better panels out there so if it’s an awful fit that’s an option.

Tabco is the brand. I got it trimmed and tac welded in place. Very happy with how this went I was expecting a lot worse. I would buy this pan again. Still a lot of welding and grinding to do!

Re: Forest Service Truck Coyote Swap
Looking good! That fits better than the one I got from DC. Unfortunately it was made in Taiwan.
