Hope this isn’t too late. Here’s what I’ve found...I have a ‘72 bump LWB with a healthy 351C mated to a C6. I purchased a Hughes deep cast pan for my C6 and the radius arm cross member is in the way for a deep pan. My truck had a 302/3spd stock. I used the factory frame mounts for the engine mounts and standard small block motor mounts, as a Cleveland is a small block. I did have to move my trans crossmember back a few inches for the C6 as well as cut the front driveshaft and switch to a slip yoke.
The radius arm crossmember is in the way at the front of the pan, so a forward moved engine should only make it worse.
