eBay, Swap Meets or Craigslist is the only place you will find one, for now. Start looking now and be willing to wait because some are in pretty bad shape but one or two will pop up that are perfect but will have the price to match.
For what its worth DC has listed in their print version of their catalog that they were to have a re-pop for the 67 to 69 trucks but I have never seen one listed online or have read where anyone purchased one. They don't have the information online about availability so maybe give them a call them and see its still in the works.
Personally I got one off eBay but took 6 months of searching but since I'm doing a full resto so I had time. I also got the front glass, rear glass and drip rail trim as well to complete the list of missing no re-pop parts I needed. All part had zero dents but again you have to be willing to wait and keep looking.
