73+ inner fenders in a 72- Has anyone done it successfully? If so, what's needed?

Ok, so I read a bit on this forum about adding 73+ inner fenders in a 67-72. I haven't found a detailed thread about it from start to finish. Is there one? I'd like to possibly see some pictures. What is all needed for the swap? Inner fenders, hinges, the cab horns where the inner fenders attach? What else? What modifications are needed and is it worth while? Thanks everyone
