parts for my '71
Here's a not so good picture of the tailgate and racerback fairing for my '71. Hope the non-OEM pieces don't offend too many folk!

Thanks for the "interesting"!!! Some of my ideas have been caused much worse!!!
The pickup is still in the "next" position on the to do list, hopefully I can be a bit more productive on it starting in January.....Just the same problem as many I suppose, more projects then garage room to work on them!I've got a lot of time on the body, welding and smoothing seams, some minor custom mods, etc. Had it all done about 3 years ago, then a couple of vandals decided to take a screwdriver and a ball bat to it, fortunately for them they were picked up by the law before I caught up with them!!!! I was so bummed by the whole thing, I just sanded the truck again and sprayed primer on it and ignored it.
Retired and lovin' it!!!!!

Well, keep us posted, I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the assembly. To each his own, as long as you like it who cares.

Taking some time off working on cars and trucks for another week or so to do some serious clean up, fix up, and paint in the garage. Seems I can't ever get anything done on the garage when I'm working on vehicles so decided it was necessary to just get things fixed up in the garage then get back on my bump. Amazing how big of a mess the place becomes over the years! Things are starting to come together now, hopefully I'll get things finished up next week, lots of work but now that things are coming together I'm glad I took the time to do it!
