Drove the truck all over on saturday running it through its paces. Was shifting great finally, put a good 25-30 miles on the thing. Yesterday I flushed the coolant one more time an picked up a new gasket for the thermostat. Had a small leak underneath it, need to get some bushings for the temp prob it bottoms out in the housing. The tac is acting a fool as of late not reading accurate for some reason. Ill have to pull the wires an check connections. Putting it in a local car show this coming saturday so ill be out an about throwing gears again this weekend.

Not much of a super update, but at least im doing something when i can haha
Pulled the carb off for a rebuild, decided to drain the tank (behind the seat still) to replace the fuel lines an get rid of the 2 year old gas that ive been killing my plugs with now .
Picked up a new canister filter element today from the parts store as well as some carb gaskets an new studs. Need some more 5/16 hose both my stores where out of stock so ill snag some from a store by my work. a few pictures my brother took while i was working on pulling it all about to hold you all over

That's a great looking truck! I'm a little jealous of you highboy folks.
I noticed that your instrument cluster lens is rather cloudy. I have heard that bug spray of all things can take the could out. I don't know if it works or not. In my case I picked up a replacement for about $25 from FMC, and it was totally worth it. Something to think about.
Cheers,
Duane

Burney is great, the new job is working out just fine making money an spending much less living away from the bay area haha an yes this truck fits in like a glove. Probably the big go truck in town too haha gets a mill looks an have had people talk to me about even time I stop at the store.
