Six 7 in Arizona

Post by fusejockey »

As I get more familiar with this :fr: site...

I will build a set of pictures, old and recent. Six 7 has had a nickname of: "Old Girl" - She has top seniority in our family.
The rear suspension has air assisted shocks installed by my dad back in the day. He also added auxiliary leaf springs to
help with road control when hauling an 8 1/2 ft. cabover Highway Cruiser, IIRC...
I am presently in the process of retrofitting the 1967 front suspension with a 1978 F-150 disc brake assembly type. This has been a real learning experience, too. Your tremendous web site has been a help. :fr:

:yt:
Thanks from Northern Arizona.

Yes, I do still have those old hub caps. They are from a '65 LTD, mostly in fair original condition. E-mail me:o)- :) :fr:
