blown head gasket, low compression on 2 cylinders....
removed heads and everything looks great except for the small amount of missing gasket. Sooo...

Dropped off a set of older 351 heads at the machine shop today.
Gonna get em rebuilt with a little port work, bigger valves, and screw in studs for adjustable rockers.
Planning on going a little bigger on the cam to match the intake also.

Should run a good bit better when she gets back on the road

Nice progress. I I had a 302 in my old 69 and loved it. I have 360's in both of my trucks now but have not been able to really drive them to see if I like them as much. In this picture did your license plate read Burn Rubber?

so far in this pic iv got the new mirrors and the bullet hole wheels on along with 275s on each corner

haha Yes it did, I got that plate at a drag race at rockingham dragstrip when i first started driving and its been on my daily driver since, this truck and the one before.
