Thanks guys

I finally made a decision on my paint colors today, but you'll have to stay tuned to see the color scheme :D . Trying to choose what colors I wanted to paint it gave me a bad headache at one point  but Im glad its over.

going to do the same thing with the front of my 72' crew but my floor boards are good. one rocker is bent, front wheel well firewall area all rusted out and kick panels (I was debating where to cut the A pilar, looks like I will probably do it at the same seam). I also am putting a 69' rear section on that doesnt have the holes through the cab for the in cab gas tank (moving tank under bed)

Looks good

I decided for now Ill just seal up the bondo nightmare for now and fix the roof once the truck is back together, and when I do fix it correctly I can use the drip rail to mask off the cab all the way around.

So for now I just have the bottom half painted the color I want on it.

I picked up the rebuild kit at my local mom and pop transmission shop, Im sure any trans shop could get you a kit. Also Im pretty sure summit racing has a rebuild kit for around $160 last time I looked.

Perfect. Thanks.

I am in awe of your skills by the way. You've tackled WAY more than I would ever begin to think of with taking a cab apart like that. Good job. I look forward to seeing more.
