Allready posted pics of this in the welcome forum but I figured this was the place for it. Gonna go through it front to back and do a 460 swap in it(just need headers)has a 360 4spd now,it's new but no power and tearing it apart,installing a new cam, porting the heads a bit,headers ,diff intake etc is more than I'm willing to do when I'm just headers away from putting a rebuilt early 460 with some doves I ported and a small XE cam in it I have sitting on an engine stand in it that would eat that 360 for breakfast but that will happen later. Gonna get the interior,suspension and body straightened out before I do the drivetrain because I want to do a 205 swap at the same time.

Interior needs some help, stereo hole has been mildly butchered but I'm working on a stainless stereo mount for it,has an auto coulum in it and I'm gonna swap the seats out for hopefully a set out of a lightning and clean up the wiring,I hate crimp connectors and have a few to get rid of and some rewiring to do. Needs weatherstripping to.
This is all gonna take some time though because I'm neck deep in a 460/foxbody swap too. I'll update this as I go.

It's a 435, from what I've read here it'd be the car tranny(?) with the 21 transfercase(married) so from what I got out of what I've read so far I need a different tranny too if I want to go to a married 205. I just got a set of headers from a friend for the 460 swap I want to do so,maybe I'll pull the front clip to change the body bushings with the poly bushings I ordered and slide that 460 in there too while I'm at it,we'll see,still working on the gas gauge and stereo mount.. I live in woodburn, or. I must have forgot to put that in there when I was doing my profile. The acr srt4 isn't mine, has the stage3 kit on it from mopar performance... the efi 306 I built for my coupe walks away from it na....easy,the 460 thats going in my coupe should get me into the high 10s on the motor and theres a kit on it. Car in the garage is 67 dart gt pump gas street car, ran 10.80s on pump gas on the motor(has a kit on it but havent hit it yet) with a bad tranny(flared every shift, have since put a real tranny in it),I built that a while ago. I've done quite a few big block darts for people, but for my own stuff I'll take a ford thanks .....preferably with a 385 in it though I've been thinking about doing a cleveland(maybe a clevor) sometime and zinging it in something light(maybe an early falcon or something) with a stickshift but I have plenty to do here for now .

Maybe I'm missing something.... a NP435 is all truck (had one in my jeep) and I'm thinking that a 21 is a Dana TC. I would think that any NP435 in a Ford would have a NP205 to go with. Then again I'm not the guru on the subject....

Ok,cool, I'm nowhere near a guru as this is my first one of these trucks , I have a ridiculous amount to learn about them. I just reread some of it and I had read it wrong. It is a 435(maybe it was swapped before I got it,dunno),but it has a single speed tc behind it,it's either in 2wd or 4wd,if a 205 would bolt to this tranny that would be cool. Got my fuel gauge working tonight, just had to rerun a wire. Gonna finish the stereo tomorrow after I get back from the track.
