New Headliner
Put a new headliner in my truck this weekend, I used a sheet of that 1/8 inch board same as pegboard but without the holes. The covering is a sheet of leather look vinyl i bought from wal mart for 3 dollars a yard. So i've got 9 dollars in the board,6 dollars in a can of spray adhesive, and 6 in the material,So for $ 21 dollars i did my headliner and i'm very pleased with it.

Re: New Headliner
Hello 69FlatBed,
Great looking headliner Looks really nice. I did the same used hard board from Lowes mine is in this thread. Glad that your install didn't give you as much trouble as mine. Nice looking truck also.

Re: New Headliner
Thanks 72Highboy, I read your post last week and saw where you used 1/4 inch board so I decided to try 1/8 instead,I was worried about how it was going to bend in the back corners It wasn't too bad to do. Now I want to find some chrome headliner trim to go on it to finish the job.

Re: New Headliner
Thanks, basketcase it's out of a 96 F350 crew cab, it was the rear seat so it had hardly any wear.
