Not much more.
And there are plent of crew "prerunners" but mostly dents. I have pictures if you want to see. Really it would only cost more for the extra cage tubing needed for the rear area of the cab, the extra C pillar and cross bracing. Plus more racing seats and harnesses if you want them back there, or else you would waste the point of a crew. Then you've got a longer wheel base, so it won't be as fun in the technical stuff and will handle the whoops differently. You'll need some pretty hefty shocks (4.0's) and appropriate valving for the heavy load...
Probably $1,500-$2,000 more depending on what seats you run and what size shocks you run. Which isn't bad considering the f2000 as it is is more like over a hundred thousand.
