No... You have to be on the "Board index" page http://www.fordification.com/forum/index.php if you look at the top of this topic you will see "Board index ‹ FORDification Forum Categories ‹ Website & Forum Feedback/Help" showing where you are at now, click on the "Board index" and then look at the bottom of the page and you will see them there. They are under a new sub category called "FORDification Classifieds" so you wont see them under the "FORDification Forum Categories"

The classified section seems to come and go at random. Is this part of the whole working on the web site deal or is there another location also? I am seeing them on the bottom of the forum catagories just off and on.

No, the Classifieds are always at the bottom...always. If you're not seeing them, then you probably haven't downloaded the entire webpage. There's no reason they shouldn't be showing.

I figured it out and I feel dumb. I was clicking on forum catagories to go back sometimes and there it only shows the forums, not the classifieds. When ever I go to the board index I have the classifieds. They look the same but have a different url. I was going to the forum catagories after linking from my email, thus missing the classifieds.
