becuse i'm working on that same project of cab swapping.
I took the cab for the f250 (which is a 69 f100 cab) off the f100 by jacking it up the body away from the frame as much as I could. With some good tree stumps supporting the body I lowered the frame down, with no tires on, was able to slide the frame out by reversing it. It was actually just a 1 man job, and then I to put it on truck I had a few buddies help.

Just to let everyone know.

Ive been slowly collecting parts for my front dana 60 and still work at competition fabrications. I just have to buy gears, kingpins and some other misc stuff then I can start putting the front end together. Ill post pics when I have something done other than just new parts.

Got a set of 39.5" TSL's online and picked them up in Minnesota on friday with my dad. Was about a 6 hour drive from here. I have still been buying parts for the dana 60 front. I just graduated high school so I dont have a kickass income yet.

I just received Yukon 5.13 gears , and the overhaul kit. My boss is showing me how to install gears in a rear dana 60 on a customers car tomorrow, and then the next day I can do mine in the shop.

The fenders will get trimmed, and the truck will sit about an inch taller when its all done.

Still have to get/do:

- Kingpins
- Driveshafts
- U bolts
- Front Dana 60 hubs
- 1 ton yokes for the t-case
- fix rear axle (a few Bolts broke that connect the external hub/shaft broke to the axle)
- Install rear disc brakes
- Mount seats as well as some other small stuff...

if both of the trims on the wells look good and you shave far enough not to use please save 'em?

Ill check the condition tomorrow since i really have not messed much with the body, but yes I do plan to trim the fenders, and I am willing to sell you the chrome.

Well I have not done much lately but work work work, and not on the truck that is. But I have all the parts to finish the front 60, and finally finished drilling out all the broken bolts in the rear hub. This upcoming week im bringing the dana 60 home from work with the new 5.13 gears in it, Then I will assemble. I have some pics to hold the picture gurus over though. Custom fabricated high steer arm, and a bunch of other stuff.
